Goldie Wound Care is a Chicago-based mobile practice led by board-certified nurse practitioners who specialize in advanced wound care. We deliver expert, compassionate treatment directly to patients—whether at home, in assisted living, or post-acute care settings—eliminating the need for travel and supporting recovery where patients feel safest.
Goldie was founded by Luiza Sielski, FNP-C, WCC, a board-certified nurse practitioner with deep roots in Chicago’s Polish community. Raised in a Polish-speaking household, Luiza built Goldie on the values of trust, communication, and culturally respectful care. Her firsthand understanding of language and connection continues to guide every patient interaction.
